RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In-Store Returns and Exchanges
We at Urba Baby stand behind all of the products we sell, and ensure that they are of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product for an in-store credit (Gift Card) within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Any returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging. No refunds will be issued without a receipt and the original merchandise labels and tags.
Items that may not be returned for any reason include: Maternity clothing, bras, nursing accessories, feeding accessories, skincare products, opened or unwrapped items. All sale items are final sale, and no refunds will be issued.
Mail-In Return Policy:
Purchases made in-store or online at www.urbababy.com will be issued an in-store credit (Gift Card) if the items are returned unopened and with the original tags and packing slip. Items must be postmarked within 30 days in order to receive a credit. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges as well as a 10% restocking fee. For customers that receive damaged items, customers have 3 days from the receipt of the product to call the store directly to receive instructions on returning the product.
Instructions for Mail-in Returns:
- Repack the item in its original shipping box and attach your pre-printed return label.
- Consider insuring your package as Urba Baby is not responsible for items that do not arrive at our store.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us at orders@urbababy.com or call our store at 777.472.2229. All messages, whether by phone or e-mail, will be returned within two business days. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.
Shipping Policy
For orders placed on www.urbababy.com, please allow 2-3 days for processing in addition to shipping. Orders are shipped by USPS unless otherwise requested by customer (increased shipping rates may apply). Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions and destination. For orders that require a custom product, drop ship, or backordered items, additional charges may be applied.
Gift Card Policy and Terms of Acceptance
The Urba Baby gift card is redeemable for merchandise only at all Urba Baby retail locations, and must be present at the time of redemption. Gift cards are valid in-store only, and cannot be redeemed at www.urbababy.com. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The gift cards carry no expiration date. Use of the Urba Baby gift card constitutes acceptance of its terms and conditions. The terms of Urba Baby gift cards are governed by the law of the state in which the card are purchased.
